St. Patty's Day Cupcakes

So here's some St. Patty's Day cupcakes that I made for a Peer Mentor Social!

Strawberry flavored mini cupcakes with colored cream cheese frosting topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, and don't forget the gold cupcake cups! It wasn't my first intention to swirls the colors together but it actually turned out pretty great and everyone loved it!

Steps to blending the rainbow!

Step 1: Put equal amounts of frosting into different bowls.

Step 2: Food color the frosting in all different colors! Less drops = lighter colors. More drops = darker colors. Then mix 'til you get the colors you want.

Step 3: Get your frosting piper out because it's time to stuff the colors altogether. And viola! How super easy!
