Step 1: Cut out two hearts from construction paper. Make sure one heart is smaller than the other.
Step 2: Place your smaller heart cut out on top of a tissue paper to trace the outline & then cut out the tissue paper.
Step 3: Tape or glue (I found tape to be a lot easier) the tissue paper onto the smaller heart cut out. And then staple or glue (I found stapling to be more efficient) your two heart cut outs together.
And viola! So simple & fast! You can make as many as you want. I can see this as a cute Valentine's gift for a classroom that the little ones that they can use for in their books.
